We invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal through the ancient practices of yoga and meditation. Let the tranquil surroundings and expert guidance of our instructors lead you to a place of inner peace. This is an all levels, gentle vinyasa class. Modifications will be provided for those who wish to amplify or modify. Classes will be held outdoors.
